Purpose

This machine is designed for tesigned for testing the properties of heat seal of a polymeric film used as packing material by controlling (1)temperature,(2)pressure(3)time.ln the actual heat seal production line,these three elements are effectively arranged to obtain an adequate heat seal condition .but,at the tesing and designing stages for packing materials,it is important to promptly find an adequate heat seal condition by the composition of the materials and the type of sealant.Also，for quality control and guarantee for production,measurement of the heat seal strength of the product is very important work.Today,this machine is recognized and used as an indispensable testing machine not only in the heat pressure test of flexinle packing packing but also in the heat rasistance  test of inks and hot-melt adhesives.
